The positives are technically called your income. They include your salary, any pension that you have already built up for your future (whether with your current employer or in previous jobs you've had) and any State pension benefits you may have accumulated already. You don't have to find out accurate information if you'd rather make a guess, but we think there's no time like the present. If you don't make the effort to find out those numbers now, then when will you? You don't have to fill in every section (they might not all be relevant to you anyway) but the more facts you can find out about what you have already, the more helpful the next Steps will be for you.
