Ways to save more: Pension

Ways to save more: Pension

The main way you are likely to save for your retirement is with a pension. This might be a private pension or one offered by your employer. The BOC pension arrangements include RS section for those who joined after June 2003 and either the BOC Pension Scheme or the Gist Scheme for those who joined before July 2003. The next few pages look at your options within RS section. The infomation here is also useful if you're thinking about a private pension. The biggest difference between RS section and a private pension is that the Company will contribute to your RS section Account as long as you're paying contributions.

You can skip to the Scheme pages for information about the BOC Pension Scheme and the Gist Scheme.
